How long will my delivery take to arrive?
Assuming items are in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch orders within 48hrs of acceptance. However, please allow a maximum of 10 working days of receipt of the order – this allows for busy periods. Once dispatched, delivery will usually be within 48hrs to UK addresses but please do allow around 3-5 working days, or 5-7 working days to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. If we are unable to deliver to you within this time scale we will notify you via email. However, please note that we can’t guarantee times as delivery is the responsibility of Royal Mail or Parcel Force and not Nipper Skipper Ltd.
Can you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, we are happy to deliver internationally, but do please do check with us first by email at email@example.com so as not to be disappointed.
EU standard delivery £8.95 for parcels up to 2kg. Orders weighing over 2kg will be subject to an additional charge and we will contact you about this if it applies to your order. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Rest of the world standard delivery from £12.95. Please contact us before placing your order to make sure we can deliver to you and to confirm the cost of delivery.
Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe in 3-5 days but it can take up to 20 days and to the rest of the world in 5-7 days but it can take up to 25 days. Please note that we can’t guarantee times however as delivery is the responsibility of Royal Mail or Parcel Force and not Nipper Skipper Ltd.
Can I have next day delivery?
We do offer a next-day delivery service for UK addresses only for orders of in stock items. If you are in a real rush and specifically require next day delivery please contact us with your order before midday and we will try our best to get your delivery to you the following working day. The cost of next day delivery will be £8.95 even if the order value is over £100. Whilst we will endeavour to do our utmost to get your delivery to you by the next working day, we are unable to fully guarantee the service supplied by Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
Our next day service is available for orders placed for delivery Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately we are not able to make deliveries on a Sunday or on bank holiday Mondays, nor can we provide a next day service to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland or Northern Ireland.
What if I’m out when you try to deliver?
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order, so it’s important that this address is accurate. We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to deliver packages. Please give us precise instructions for where to leave parcels should you be out when we try to deliver or you will be notified of where your nearest Post Office is for picking up undelivered parcels. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). Please note that you will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you.
Can you guarantee delivery times?
We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are sadly out of our full control and therefore not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date may well be extended but we will contact you as soon as we are made aware of any delay.
What do I do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?
If you feel you have had to wait longer than advised and your delivery has not yet arrived please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01953 450944 (please ensure that you leave a message should we be busy and we will get back to you asap, thanks). We will need your order number and delivery address. Nipper Skipper Ltd cannot be held liable for any deliveries lost in the post.
Here at Nipper Skipper we know that sometimes you might need to return something to us for whatever reason. Regardless of the reason for a return, we ask that goods be returned in perfect condition, with all tags attached, and in or with their original packaging. To help us sort things out please quote your order number on all correspondence.

What if the items are damaged or defective?
If the goods we deliver to you are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective in any way, please let us know as soon as you can at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will then either (at your request) refund you the amount paid for the goods, or replace them. You will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty or unsatisfactory goods. Where we are unable to supply the goods you have ordered for any reason, we will issue you with a refund as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days of your order, by crediting the card with which you paid for your order.
How do I exchange for a different size or item?
We want you to feel confident in your choice of purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details at email@example.com to ensure we have the item you want in stock. Postage and packing is not charged again on exchange orders.
What if I simply want to return the item?
If you return an item for any other reason, it must be returned within 14 days of receipt (you legally have a cooling off period of 14 days as of June 2014). We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and we will not refund our delivery charges.
We strongly advise that you obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office which will serve as your security in case your parcel gets lost in the post. Nipper Skipper Ltd cannot be held liable for returned parcels which are lost or damaged in the post.
How will I receive payment refunds?
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. This will generally be via your credit or debit card.
Bought something but it didn’t fit, wasn’t what you expected or simply changed your mind? Don’t worry. Send it back and PayPal will refund your return shipping cost. Activate now to enjoy this service on your next purchase. To ask for a refund, buyers need to fill out a refund request form on their local PayPal site and provide their posting receipts to the PayPal ‘Return Shipping on Us’ service.
